Indonesian massage
An amazing treatment inspired by the beautiful massage methods and oils used on many of the Indonesian islands. The treatment journey begins with an exotically fragrant foot bath and scrub before you are treated to a tension releasing body and head massage using firm pressure pointing techniques to whisk away stress and encourage total relaxation through your whole body and instilling positive feelings.
Peace on Earth Facial
Handmade, all natural skincare products are used to promote a radiant complexion. You can reach a deep state of relaxation as your skin is cleansed, exfoliated, maske and revitalised with carefully selected natural products and massaged with exquisite blends of oils. The treatment includes a luxurious massage of the shoulders, neck, face and scalp.
Manicure or Pedicure Ritual
An indulgent journey to beautiful hands and feet. For both treatments you will be invited to relax in a robe whilst your feet are soaked and you receive a soothing scalp massage. Once relaxed cuticle and nail work will begin followed by a massage of your hands and arms or feet and legs with whipped shea butter laced with essential oils to nourish your skin and envelop you in a cloud of fragrance. Concluding with a complimentary nail paint if you wish.
Lomilomi
This treatment draws on techniques used in traditional Hawaiian medicine. It provides a deep pressure massage and passive stretches leaving you feeling invigorated. Ideal for those who enjoy a deep tissue body massage.
Aromatherapy
A traditional aromatherapy treatment is light, soothing and blissfully scented. Time is taken to select the perfect synergy of oils to suit you, be they for pain relief, lethargy, stress etc, all you have to do then is relax and enjoy your prescription blended body massage
Hot Stone Cocoon
A total journey of relaxation. Oils are blended with essential oils to nourish the skin. The face is cleansed and exfoliated before a custom blend of oil is used. Heated basalt stones are used to massage the body, warming tired muscles and lifting fatigue. Stones are placed on the chakra points to bring about an overall sense of well being and a cocooned warmth. A beautiful head to toe indulgence.
Body Massage
Quite simply a fabulous treatment where the back, legs, arms,neck and shoulders are massaged with beautiful blends of oil using swedish massage techniques.
Cupping
The technique of fire cupping is taken from traditional chinese medicine. The glass jar is heated and then placed onto the skin where the vacum created causes a suction to occur. This drawing up of the skin and tissue assists the body by encouraging circulation of the blood and having a positive effect on stagnant energy (chi). Anmo Fu
An abdominal massage technique based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The massage aims to bring the bodies vital organs into balance. It also encourages the ileocaecal valve to opperate correctly and this in turn can have dramatic effects on IBS, tiredness, headaches, bloating etc. when the digestive system is in balance the whole body benefits fom the correct absorption of nutrients.
Anmo fu may also help with PMT, fertility issues and menstrual cramps.
The feet are cleansed in an aromatic soak then massaged expertly to stimulate the reflexes on the feet , encouraging the body and mind to reach its optimum health. (a full treatment takes 45mins)
Reiki
This wonderfully relaxing treatment allows your mind and body to bring themselves back into balance and harmony. Hands are placed lightly on the head and body allowing healing energy to be absorbed by the recipient.
Fusion Back Massage
This treatment is truly as unique as the recipient. The massage will be designed to suit your level of tension and your preferred pressure. A fusion of techniques from aromatherapy, indonesian, swedish and lomi lomi massage may be incorporated.
Indian Head Massage
Focusing on areas of tension in the upper back, neck and scalp. Blends of oils are used to massage away tension and may be particularly helpful for those suffering from tension headaches.
