Margaret Lowe has been teaching exercise classes for three decades, her warmth and humour have given rise to very popular classes.
Margaret is fully trained and insured and frequently updates her skills and knowledge to keep the classes fresh and challenging.
The Pilates classes are suitable for all levels and everyone is made welcome to the sessions priced £4.
